User DB lookup in pictures

If you're one of those people for whom a picture paints a thousand words, then this is the page for you.
There are screengrabs of
- a designed table
- a configured db (to return information drawn from the table at 1 above) in the DB tab of the plugin
- a member's details in the format of 1 above
- the whole thing processed for one member - therefore pulling together what you see in 2 and 3 above.

Step 1 - how to set up the table
When you get to the end of the Designing the fields in your DB section on the User_DB_lookup page, this is what you should be looking at.
Step 2 - how to set up the db tab based on the table in Step 1
