Strip colon in standard replies

Normally when you set up a rejection in Standard Messages, the plugin replaces Message not approved: with what you configured (followed by a ":" (colon).
This means that if you set things up to replace Message not approved with Rejected, and the original subject line of the message was OFFER: <Item>, then the subject line of your rejection would be Rejected: OFFER: <Item>.
You might find that the two colons here look ugly. If so, you can strip out the colon from Features (tab) > Even More Advanced Features (button):
Then the subject line would be Rejected OFFER: Item. Or if, instead of Rejected, you configured Rejected >>, it would be Rejected >> OFFER: <Item>. Other similar options might be (Rejected), Rejected --, or Rejected...
