Doing More with Messages
Checking messages
These features allow you to spot when messages may not be suitable.
- Checking for crossposts spots when messages have been posted to multiple groups.
- Checking for worry words can highlight certain words (e.g. 'borrow' or 'sell') which may indicate an unsuitable post.
- Checking for duplicates identifies messages which have been posted repeatedly.
- Limiting WANTED messages allows you to impose a limit on the number of messages within a time period.
- Checking for specific locations helps you spot out of area messages.
- Checking for phone numbers is useful if you don't allow personal details on your group.
- Flagging Long Subjects highlights subject lines which are too long.

Checking members
There are some features to try to spot spammers or people abusing the groups.
- Check Recently Joined Members allows you to spot members who join multiple groups.
- Member Of allows you to check if members are in other groups you moderate.
- Spammer List is a list of known spammers, which you can check your group against.
- Membership Crosscheck is another way of spotting unusual members.

These features let you see more about members.
- User DB lookup allows you to record comments about your members and display them on screen.
- Recording Moderator Messages lets you make a note of when you've sent messages to members, so you and other moderators can see them.
- Email Delivery Options allows you to see and modify the way in which members receive mail.
- Show Web Replies shows you when members have replied to messages on the group using Yahoo.
- Showing Joined Date shows you when members joined the group.
- IP Address checking and Multiple User Ids help you spot troublesome members who try to hide who they are.

- Moderator Information gives information about recent activity by other moderators.
- Show Work tells you when there's moderating work you need to do.
More operations on members
These features let you do more with members.
- More Standard Messages lets you configure messages to be sent to members when you do various actions.
- Removing members and Banning members do what you'd expect.
- Setting to No Post allows you to block members from posting.
- Bulk Operations let you do things to groups of members, such as removing bouncing members or putting idle members back on moderation.
Doing more with your group
- Trends over time lets you plot some graphs about behaviour on your group over time.
- Moderation Database : MyGroup is another way of getting statistics about your group.
Doing more with the plugin
These features are ones you're quite likely to want to use.
- Sending by Email lets you use your own mail account, rather than sending messages via Yahoo. This has a number of other benefits.
- Configure groups to monitor lets you control on which groups the plugin will do its stuff.
- Advanced Subject Options lets you control the keywords and punctuation in subjects.
- Full Replies puts more context in the standard messages you send.
- Changing the default colours allows control over the colours the plugin uses on information it adds.
- Sorting Pending Messages does what it says on the tin.
These are more unusual.
- Changing what 'Recent' means allows you to control how far back in time different features look.
- Greying out current tab makes it more obvious when the plugin is still loading.
- Default to Approve is useful if you almost always approve messages or members.
- Disable on some pages stops the plugin running on some pages.
- Joined Date Format controls how dates are displayed.
And these are downright obscure.
- Allowing_Early_Clicks can be handy if you have high blood pressure.
- Changing the way tabs work allows control over the way the plugin opens new tabs.
