Managing Preferences

You get to this from the Features tab:

This brings up this dialog:

From here you can:

• Clear All Preferences. Use this with great care - it will remove all your configuration.
• Clear Cache for Group. This clears the cached data for the individual group you've selected in the list. This will make Firefox quicker, though if you go to the group again in future it'll have to do the slow download of information for its cache. Common uses of this are:
  • You have a problem with the cached information for just one group, and want to refresh it.
  • You expect never to access the group again (for example because you're an IMOD handing over the group).
