You can ask the plugin to insert some more information about the original message, when you send a rejection or a follow-up. By default Yahoo doesn't put this in - just the text of the original message.

You configure this on from Features->More Advanced Options:

The plugin will then retrieve and add the From, Date and Subject from the original message:
