You should ask questions on the Yahoo Group for this plugin. If you're not already a member of that, join up - it's where you can ask for help, or suggest new features.

Obviously check this help wiki first - and please update it to make it better after you find out the answer.

Bug reports

You can report bugs direct to Edward at this address. When doing this, please include:

• The URL of the page that the problem occurred on. This is from the URL bar at the top of your browser:

• A screenshot of the problem. See Capturing Screenshots.

• Page source from the page. See Getting Page Source.

• An export of your preferences - use the Export Preferences button on the Features tab. Also have a look here for a way to reduce the size of your exported preferences.
  

You may also be asked to obtain debug trace - see Getting Debug Trace - but you generally don't need this when you first report a problem. If you are asked to collect it, though, please provide both that and a contemporaneous set of the diagnostics above.

All of this can be quite large - and Edward's inbox is creaking under the strain. So please use a tool like 7-zip (or PackUpAndGo for Mac OS X Leopard) to compress it.
