Remove requirement to have Java unless you're Sending by Email.
- Since you can now get a lot of the email function when Sending via modplugin.org, this means people can avoid all the hassle associated with Java.
- This requires at least Firefox 3.5.
- For geeks who care, the cache used to be manipulated inside Java code for speed. It's now moved into an SQLite database, which more recent versions of Firefox provide, and which seems to be sufficiently quick.
