New Function
- For Freegle groups, allow Subject Auto-correction to pick up a location previously used by the user even if they don't specify one in this post.
- For Freegle groups, show the real email address of FBUser members. There's more to do here - it needs to check it against the spammer list and DB too.
Bug Fixes
- Delivery Status drop-down not showing in Firefox 10.
- Possible fix for bouncing member maintenance stopping partway through.
- Mail All Pending Members appears not to work for long IDs. In fact it is sending the mails but they are not being recorded as modmails correctly, so they don't show up there and it therefore appears not to be sending them. This fix will record them correctly, but old ones which were wrongly recorded won't show.
